Self-storage prices will vary depending on the size of the unit you have chosen. We will require the first month’s rental fee in advance, this will include quoted the licence fee and VAT. We pride ourselves on offering secure storage units at a cost-effective price with no hidden costs.
We offer affordable, long term Bridgwater storage units. You can rent for as long as you need, with both long-term storage and short-term storage leases available.
Our open-ended contracts mean that you can continue using your storage unit for as long as you want, with no hidden extras, catches or fees. If you would like to stop leasing a unit, all we require is a seven-day notice period.
We require seven days’ notice to cancel your rental agreement. The seven days can begin any time during the month and any overpayment will be returned to you. However, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount to cover any unpaid fees, damage to the unit or non-return of the proximity device.
To access your unit you are given a uniquely coded proximity fob. If you do lose it you should contact us immediately so that we can disable the fob to ensure it cannot be used. Replacements are available from the office for £15 each.

Living in one of the Your Store Bridgwater storage units, or any of the storage unit facilities is against the law and could present serious health and safety risks. We strictly prohibit living or staying in your storage unit.
The size of the storage unit you require can differ depending on your needs and requirements. For example, if you’re looking to store kayaks, surfboards, ski equipment, lawnmowers or cars you may want to consider one of our larger units. However, if you want to store a few boxes, maybe our smaller unit would be a better fit?
A general rule of thumb is a one-bedroom house may need around 50 sq feet of storage, and roughly 30-50 square feet extra for any additional bedrooms.
Or, you could go even further and gather all the items you would like to store in your unit, and multiply the length of your belongings by the width of your belongings. This will give you the average size of the items you would like to store, helping you to decide which sized unit to opt for.

You can change the size of your self-storage unit at any time, we don’t want you to pay for space that you are not using. Please note, if you upgrade to a larger unit, your monthly rent may have to increase.
All of our units are easily accessible by car but if you need to access your unit regularly with a large vehicle, please let us know, so we can try our best to make sure that the unit is in a suitable location (subject to availability).
Once you have a gate fob you can access your unit any time from 7am until 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am until 8pm at weekends.
